Each applicant must meet the following hiring conditions:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Development, Family Studies, Sociology, Psychology or a closely related field. Your college transcript must show ample coursework related to these areas. Some healthcare-related studies are accepted but must be able to show childhood growth and development related areas
   
• 1 year of experience in the field of early childhood education, OR 1 year experience working with infants and toddlers (even if they are your own) , OR 1 year experience with children age birth to 5 years with disabilities
   
• Pass extensive background checks and provide references
   
• Experience Preferred
